Terms of Use
Effective as of 14 October 2026
These Terms set out the rules for using mossart.art (the “Website”). The Website is operated by MossArt (“MossArt”, “we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
2. About the Website
MossArt creates decor from preserved moss and plants. On the Website we present our interior decoration work and workshops, publish a product catalog and articles, and accept inquiries through a contact form.
The Website is not an online shop: there are no online payments. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase, it is only the start of a conversation about an order.
3. Your account
- Each person may have only one account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep access to your account secure and do not share it. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
- If you notice unauthorised access, let us know right away via the contact form on the Website.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile on the Website.
4. Catalog and orders
- Descriptions, photos and prices in the catalog are for information only and are not a public offer.
- Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). They may change; the final price depends on size, materials and complexity and is agreed with you individually.
- An order is accepted only after we have contacted you and you have confirmed all the details: contents, price, timing, payment and delivery.
- Our pieces are handmade from natural materials, so the finished item may differ slightly from the photo in shade, shape or arrangement. This is not a defect.
- Payment, delivery, exchange and return terms are agreed separately for each order, in line with Ukrainian consumer protection law.
5. Intellectual property
Photos, texts, product designs, the logo and other materials on the Website belong to MossArt or are used by us lawfully, and are protected by copyright.
You may view the Website’s materials for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to its pages. Copying, modifying, distributing or using the materials commercially without our written permission is not allowed.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Website you must not:
- break the law or infringe other people’s rights;
- send spam, advertising, abusive or false messages;
- impersonate anyone else;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other users’ accounts or the admin panel;
- disrupt the Website, including with excessive automated requests, or spread malicious code;
- collect data from the Website in bulk by automated means without our permission.
7. Links and third-party services
The Website may contain links to other resources, such as our Instagram, TikTok or Telegram pages, and you can sign in with Google or Apple. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or operation; their own terms apply.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We work to keep the Website running smoothly and its information accurate and up to date, but the Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Ukrainian law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation, so please write to us via the contact form on the Website. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be heard by a court in accordance with Ukrainian law.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
